We want you to be fully satisfied with your Daily Paper purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for all eligible items. Please ensure all products are returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.
Register Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack the Items
Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy shipping box, ensuring all original labels and tags are still intact.
Ship the Package
Print your prepaid return label provided by the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
